1992 Land Rover Range Rover

1992 Range Rover is drivable now, but really needs some work done to make it road worthy for more than short trips. Has a great engine but only fair condition. Would be a good project car for someone that will put in the time and effort needed to make this one great.
I've tried to list all of the known issues here that I think need to be addressed.
1. Needs new exhaust2. Battery Drain Issue (possible alternator, but likely electrical)3. Drivers side window not working4. Fuel pump relay needs replacement (but currently on a switch that allows it to function)5. Missing Rear bumper corner cover6. Missing Steering Column Shroud7. A/C and Heater blow but does not blow hot or cold8. Sun Roof seems to be stuck9. Various interior dash parts broken and/or missing10. Odometer Reads 171000 but has been stuck for an estimated 6k miles... unsure what the actual miles are.11. Door latch sticks on passenger side and locking mechanism is missing on driver's side.12. Would benefit from a paint job or wrap13. Cracked tail light housing.14. Needs new seals for entire vehicle. Leaks if left in rain
