Hey everyone so we’re selling our CJ5 it’s been in our family for the last 9 years.
Vehicle Details
So I’ll start off with the bad which is why the jeep isn’t worth 2 or 3x as much, the underside of the Tub/Cab has rust. It’s been like that for the last 9+ years probably a lot more but in 2017 the jeep had a restoration done where pretty much 75% of the jeep was restored to original. There were 2 things the dash was old and we couldn’t find an original one. And then obviously the Tub/cab which we fixed as much as we could so that we could keep it original. It looks good and drives amazing and the jeep has many many more years of fun without having todo a thing to it. Aside from the rust on the cab the FRAME had 0 Rust nothing at all and the Frame Cab mounts are also perfect. I tried to take as good of pics as I could and put as many I could. The jeep runs, drives and stops perfect and we have driven it 5 days a week for the past 8 years and she has never missed a single beat. Right now there are 2 gauges that aren’t working but I’m sure it’s most likely a wire since they went out at the same time. The mileage on the jeep is expect as the Odometer went out a long time ago when at 38k miles. It is 4x4 even though even never taken it off-roading the torque in it is incredible I’m sure it would be great offroad. It has an upgraded radio and upgraded suspension. There’s no A/c the jeep is from 1969 it’s a lot of fun and makes you appreciate the things we have today.
