1988 Jeep Wrangler only 93k miles wit the 4.2 and 5 speed
1988 Jeep Wrangler Base
Selling my 1988 Jeep Wrangler in great shape with the perfect auto-check and car-fax reports! This was a 1 family owned Jeep until my purchase and it runs amazing. It has the 5 speed transmission and 4.2 straight 6 cylinder engine that just purrs. I had the original carburetor gone through and clean and it idles perfect with no stalling issues. This Jeep really picks up and takes off like it was brand new. It’s a solid Jeep for sure and very clean interior. Has the original floor mats front/rear and fog lamps. The heater blows hot and 4wd works as it should with the light coming on when 4wd is engaged. Wipers work and all gauges work even the clock still ticks! The fuel gauge sometimes has a mind of its owned. This would be a great daily driver or just keep it for summer with the top off! Only item that is not original is the radio. I have the owners books with the date of purchase and 2 sets of keys. The tire cover will not go with the Jeep. The Jeep has a few surface bubbles on the windshield/cowl frame but it’s very minor. This is the hard to find salsa red paint code. Tires are in decent shape. It has the 20 gallon fuel tank and all glass has no cracks or chips. Does not leak any fluid when parked. The jeep is located in aurora Colorado and could be driven home or I can suggest a shipper that I have known for 20 plus years. If you like more pictures please email me. This is basically a Laredo Jeep trim for 1988 and has the Olympics sticker in the back glass as was Jeep was a official Sponsor of the Olympics back in 1988.
