Vehicle DetailsThis Jeep Comanch XLS is in great condition. Super straight, New $6500 Paint Job. Done with PPG 2021 Clear and PPG Paint with a Lifetime Warranty but it doesn’t pass on. The motor was swapped out at the Dealership with a 3.4 Crate Motor at 98k. The truck runs great. Bone dry underneath and completely rust free. The tires are in excellent condition.

Terms of Sale
The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.
Payment Methods
Cash (in person) or wire transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Deposit
Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of listing’s end to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The remainder is due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Oregon is a Sales Tax Free State. Meaning we do not charge sales Tax on any items. Also in Oregon the plates and tags stay with the car unless they are custom,veterans or forever plates. Then they will not be included.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise documented on the sales agreement. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. NWFINDZ has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Placing a Bid

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Please see eBay’s “Retracting a Bid” Bidders who use bid retracting as a tool to manipulate the auction they will be permanently banned from all future auctions and be reported to eBay.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
