1985 Jeep CJ

For sale is a 1985 Jeep CJ-7. This is a California car that was shipped to NY two years ago. In that time it has been in a parking garage during the winters and washed regularly. The car has a clean CA title. Runs and drives great. Has the 2.5L 4 cylinder engine with a 5-speed manual transmission. Runs and drives great. Car has minimal rust. Muffler has rust holes and surface rust visible through some of the paint, but overall very solid. I applied the bed liner in California when I bought the car. The only rust was surface rust which was removed and painted before applying the bedliner.
In the time I've owned the car I've done the following work:
New tires (~$800)
Alignment
New oil pump and oil pangasket
New electric fuel pump
New headlights, headlight switch, high beam switch
New mirrors and mounts
New shift lever isolator and clip and new shift knobs
New steering wheel, turn signal switch, turn signal cam
New heater control cables, defroster duct hose
New alternator, alternator belt, fan belt
New intake hose, air filter, spark plugs
New battery with cut off switch
New radio, speakers, custom speaker grills to cover holes cut in dash
New shocks
Issues:
Engine/transmission leaks oil
Aftermarket AC does not work
Alternator belt sometimes slips
Left turn signal does not cancel
Horn not connected
Oil pressure gauge electrical connection loose
Temperature gauge does not work
