1989 Jeep Cherokee Laredo

2nd owner Jeep Cherokee for sale. We have owned since 2001. Original engine, transmission, upholstery (no tears in upholstery or carpet). Engine and transmission run great. There are no fluid leaks. I was injured in a fall in 2016 and am not able to give the vehicle the care it needs to stay in top shape.For full disclosure this is a complete list of flaws to the best of my knowledge: A/C is not working(probably from sitting for 1.5years when I was unable to drive the vehicle), windshield is cracked, needs front brake calipers replaced, there is an apparent short that is draining the battery power, there is some water leakage where the weatherstripping has hardened and cracked but no noticeable damage,minimal damage to right front bumper and right rear bumper, power windows work but contacts on switches are intermittent, cruise control does not work, dash has about a 2" crack on top, one (2") hole in cloth on drivers side sun visor, drivers side door lock key is worn out (new locks purchased but not installed),new lifters needed for rear hatch to stay open, heat does not work.I have made a video of the engine running.
