I inherited this vehicle from my Father after he passed away in 2013. We both had extensive mechanical work done to this vehicle. Here is a list of all the modifications we did together.
Work done by my Father and I:- Converted from 6 volt to modern hot rod 12 volt electrical system- Updated belt driven fan to black magic electric fan for cooling- Installed new dashboard with new gauges- Electronic ignition and modern point system, and modern fuses and fuse panel.- New Radiator- New 12 volt Alternator- Aggressive style ranching tires for offroading- Reupholstered all leather seats
Work that was done in motor shop located in Elko, NV:- Rebuilt steering box- New suspension only several hours driven- New front driver-side WARN locking hub all others work great!- Headers and exhaust fixed with no leaks
This Jeep is a BEAST when it's running properly as in nothing has ever stopped me from getting where I need to go accept for when I was driving in 2 feet of snow out on the ranch in Ruby Valley.
This vehicle will be auctioned AS IS meaning the motor starts when you bring your own battery as it does not have one. If you would like to see it start I have a spare battery I can start the motor for you. I prefer you bring your own battery. Mechanically you cannot drive this vehicle as it will not move until fixed, last year I was driving in heavy snow and it made a clank noise and stopped moving forward or back none of the gears seem to work.
* Ebay required me to enter the mileage and honestly there isn't any way to know what the mileage is for this old time Jeep, I added in the arbitrary number of 100,000 miles and this is just a total guess.
