1963 Jaguar Roadster Almost Rust Free

1963 Jaguar E-Type

Up for sale is a 1963 Jaguar Roadster. This car was modified in the early 1970's in California,(engine swap).

It is my understanding that at that time the California DOL had to inspect the car and issue a new title. Looks likethe custom work was done very well. The car has a California vin plate.
I have a plate with the original vin numbers but the lower part of the plate is missing.
The engine is a 1970's Chevy 350 with a 4 speed transmission.
The car is drivable but could use a better carburetor. Sold as is and would make a great auto forrestoration. Most of the rust is surface rust and can be seen in the photo link.
Seats have been partly redone. New leather seat covers have not been glued so they can beremoved without damaging. New rubber and new foam. Check photos.
Top frame has been blasted and repainted.
