1970 Jaguar E-Type
Up for auction is this amazing 1970 Jaguar E Type 4.2L twin carb 4 speed that I'm selling it for a friend. Originally purchased in Vancouver BC. Original British racing green. Was a grey interior now glove soft tan leather. Matching numbers car. Body, paint and interior completed about 5 years ago by a metal artist in the BC interior town of Osoyoos. Not driven since. Any rusted steel replaced. Have many restoration photos. Extremely straight metal and body with very little filler. All marker lights and the large signal lights replaced with LED units. Turn signals in front headlights. Body now very streamlined and stunning. Engine bay all original has larger fan and radiator. Speedometer has gone over once. Engine rebuilt at one time runs and drives very nice. No smoke no leaks. The very same car Harry and Megan drove on their wedding day. A beautiful car and an appreciating investment.
The purest out there might not like the mods but they are very pleasing to the eye. And the new leather is glove soft and a 9/10 new top.
