1954 International Harvester R120

1954 International Harvester R120. I bought this truck about 4 and a half years ago. It originally came out of Washington state, then I had it shipped here to Pennsylvania. Truck runs, drives, and idles great. All original drive train: Silver Diamond 220 inline six, Borg-Warner t-98 4-speed with crawler gear, and full float rear with I'm not sure of the ratio but very low. Clutch is beginning to slip at times, but I have a brand new in box clutch from Fort Wayne Clutch & Driveline that will be included with sale. Engine has some oil leaks (oil pan gasket, side cover gasket, etc.) but runs strong and smooth, and has been quite dependable. I have driven as well as hauled with it quite a bit and the only times it left me stuck was a dead battery or running out of fuel. I custom made both the front and rear bumpers (am a welder/fabricator professionally), and the rear bumper is legitimately set up for towing, not just for show. I had the original lock ring rims sand blasted and then primed and painted them satin black, and replaced all lug nuts. Has 4 new bias ply tires. I replaced the rear hub seals and painted rear hubs and drums. Replaced starter with another factory unit and then got the original re-built, which will be included with sale. I installed Champion aluminum radiator. I've replaced some sections of corroded wire. Heater works. Vacuum operated wipers work. Oil pressure, temp, and volt guages work. Fuel guage does not work, and speedometer worked when I got it, but cable broke around 2 years ago. The only rot issues are cab floor forward of the seat, and bed floor/ a little up bottom of bed walls at front. Frame, doors, cab mounts are solid. I had some work done by a classic car shop locally : replaced pinion seal, replaced both back glass, replaced windshield (which was difficult to find and expensive), and they also did a very nice job installing shoulder belts, just in case you don't want to smash into steel dashboard or solid steering column. I have and will include documentation on those services. The previous owner also had some work done professionally including but not limited to: new fuel tank, pump, and lines, new wheel cylinders, new brake lines, new carbueretor, new coil, etc. I have and will include documentation on that as well. I'm sure there is more info i'm missing. Please feel free to contact me with questions. Hard to come by trucks in this condition, you'll mostly find either basket cases drug in from fields, or high-end high-dollar restorations. The on-the-road original survivor is a rare exception and tough to compare pricing.
Hate to part with it, but with a growing family I just have not had the extra time and money to do all the work i'd like to do on it- it just seemed like time to pass it on.
