Had the truck for over two years now, it was professionally built by the world famous Colorado Customs and it was one of the owners personal cars, he didn't want to part with it but i made him an offer he couldn't refuse as this was my dream car.
Fast forward 2 years later and only about 1500 miles, she is just sitting in the garage not getting the attention she deserves. Rains quite often here in South Carolina and the truck doesn't NOT have a top, it's (for me) a permanent convertible but one can be installed if you wanted to do so. This truck has never even thought about seeing the rain or even a darkish cloud.... But... Someone needs to be driving her.Paint is near flawless, deep and bright and shines like crazy. Chrome is show quality.
She runs and drive amazing, starts right up after sitting for weeks at time, has plenty of HP (330) to light up the tires. The suspension is smooth and can also take a corner and the tranny shifts like a dream. My wife often drives the car and picks the kids up form school, totally safe (although only has rear seat belts), stops on a dime and be prepared to talk to everyone as it get more attention then a $300k Ferrari.
Colorado Customs had just over $50k in work and parts in this truck as you will easily see from the list below and I added another $8k worth of goodies and labor over the past 2 years getting her looking and running amazing. Only small issue is the driver seat, took a small tear last week from one of the kids (see picture) and the engine bay could use a good cleaning too ;)
