Up for sale is my 1951 GMC 450 truck. I have a clean California title in my name and its on non op. As you can see I have a lot of time invested. It gets a ton of attention, compliments and starts conversations. To many projects going its time to cut some loose so my reserve is low. Would consider trade for newBend Pac2 post car lift and new Millertigwelder.
I'll start off with what's been done.No top, chopped windshield, suicide doors, filled gas cap, vents, wipers, door handlesnew heavy duty hinges, new bear claw latches, seats made from round bar steel, 3 spoke steering wheel, extra long shifter, new floor, new firewall, cowl andwhere fenders connect havebeenfilled for a smooth flowing look, Cali truck no rust, S10 bed shortened and narrowed with roll pan, cedar bed floor, rebar grille, headlights from a GM ca, hubcaps from an Olds, Z'd frame lateral leaf spring in front, GMC 216 I believe with manual trans.8 lug front 6 lug rear unknown diff gears. Rattle can satin black
Now what needs to be done.Motor and trans are complete and it turns free. I have not started it but I feel it will run. No wiring done. No gas tank. All plumbing needs to be completed.No windshield, any glass shop can cut it because its flat or go plexi.Has no suspension in rear. Frame, steering box,front, rearsuspension need to be reworked. Tires are no good and have painted white walls. Hub caps are bolted on. Ding, dents and scratches are visible.No bondo on this truck what you see is what you get.
