Just recently purchased this gem from a lady who’s father purchased it new in 1983. Years later after his passing she kept it around and always took great pride and joy in the truck. I do have a video of her telling me about the truck and documenting the miles and her story I can text it to you. I don’t wanna post it on eBay for her privacy. Anyways back to the truck. This is the real deal I have over 100 photos to show the condition of this truck. I have not waxed or detailed this truck. This is the way I bought it. I’m sure if you know how to buff real well it would even be nicer. This truck has always been in Washington state. The 6.9 Ford international idi is known to be a good engine especially with manual transmission when taken care of. This truck starts easily as soon as you turn the key after the flow plugs warm up. This truck pretty much runs and drives like new. no smoke no weird noises no oil drips. Strong clutch and brakes. I would suggest a new set of tires before a road trip as these are original issued tires(Firestone ASR) Real deal 25,950 miles 100% survivor condition. I paid a pretty penny for this, and it was a lot more than I wanted to. But I can’t walk away from a vehicle like this. Overall I’m excited for the listing on eBay and not on some other trendy site.
