CRUISIN CLASSICS welcomes to our showroom a beautiful late 20's classic in the form of a 1929 Ford Model A Truck. This older restoration has held up extremely well. The 201ci engine in the car is powerful enough to get you to where you are going and if it is a little chilly outside, the connected manifold heater will take the chill out of the air. The windshield folds out for warmer conditions. Beautiful black running boards with Ford Step Plate on both sides really gives the classic, a streamline look. Besides the engine compartment housing the water cooled "L-Head", 4-cylinder "201", it also incases the magneto type ignition, Zenith one-barrel carb., Original gravity fuel system with cowl mounted fuel tank. It has the factory "optic" fuel gauge in the dash. A fuel shut-off valve is located on the firewall. The undercarriage is in awesome condition. There you will find leaf-spring suspension in the front and rear, have access to the original 3-speed, sliding gear transmission and the original rear end with a 3.77 gear ratio. It has the original 4 wheel mechanical drum brakes that will stop the bias-ply Coker Tires that are mounted to the factory Ford wire wheels. Fender mounted wire wheel and tire as well. (rear view mirror mounted to spare tire....a must see picture below!!)
