This is a great foundation for an awesome street rod build or complete enough for a full restoration. This is a very solid car and well preserved for being nearly 100yrs old. Minimal rust; certainly nothing dramatic or cancerous.
The body - cowl, doors, quarters, subrails, etc. - is all very sound. Only minor dents and dings can be found across the surface of the sheet metal. Doors close as solidly as they did in 1929. The body wood is in great condition, nothing has begun to sag or fall out of square. Fenders, running boards, and splash aprons are all in very nice condition.
The interior is complete but in need of total restoration. Gauges are all there.
The chassis is complete and a good roller. Montana has never used salt on its winter roadways the undercarriage is well preserved.
The engine and drivetrain are complete and the engine runs nicely.
To my knowledge the vehicle is only missing the headlights.
This vehicle has a clear Montana title and a notarized Bill of Sale will also be issued. This vehicle is being sold in “as-is/where-is” condition. No warranty or guarantee - expressed or implied - exists with this vehicle. A non refundable deposit in the amount of $525.00 ($500.00 deposit + $25.00 electronic transaction fee) is due at the time of sale close. Payment in full is due within 30days of sale close and prior to the vehicle being released for transport. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. Montana Vintage Tin, LLC is happy to connect the buyer with a shipping broker if need be. Montana Vintage Tin personnel will be onsite to supervise and assist with loading of the vehicle for transport.
