1947 Ford Deluxe

Vehicle Details

Up for sale is a nice little 1947 Ford Street Rod with a nice 51 Flathead engine with aluminum Offenhauser intake manifold with new Edelbrock 4-barrel carb, aluminum Offenhauser heads, block hugger headers and MSD ignition. It has a 12-volt system with a chrome one wire alternator. (this little Ford runs strong) The Ford is running it original 3 Speed transmission that shifts nicely, clutch is smooth It is running its original Banjo rearend and front suspension with 4" dropped axle up front, juice brake that have been rebuilt with turned drums, new brake linings, new wheel cylinders and new brake hoses. (Stops like it should) (nice runner Driver) The body is very solid and i couldn't see any rust at all. Paint is older and shows well for a driver quality car. It has ghost flames on the front hood and fenders in pearl silver, it looks like to me. Hard to see in the pictures. this is a 4-door car, but the rear door handles were taken off to look like a 2-door. (looks ok) All glass looks new, with no chips or cracks. The interior is very nicely done with nice cloth headliner. The custom seats and door panels have been done in black with red inserts. Dash is black with lots of chrome and the original Speedo is showing 96271 miles on it. How many are on the engine we don't know but not many! It also has a set of after market gages under the dash for temp, amps and oil presser. It is running a set of Crager mages with wide white's and tire s look new as do the wheels. All lights work, even the turn signals work as thy should. I'm listing this little Ford for the family of the owner that can't drive anymore. This little Street Rod is a good driver quality not a show car, even if it did make CruZin Magasin at one time. I will take all questions to the family.
