1984 Ford F-150 XLT 4X4

Selling my classic bullnose Ford Truck. A lot of time and money invested in this truck to get it to where it is today. Over $14,000 invested, not including the original purchase price of this truck. I have an itemized list with costs that includes most items invested in this truck. I'm sure there are items missing and this does not include the time and labor invested. Have video of it running, cold start at 35 degrees out on 12/4/2022, after sitting for a week. Runs strong! I also have a video of full walk around with showing under the truck/hood. 1984 Ford F-150 XLT, Short Bed, Regular cab, 4x4, Manual Transmission, with the 351W high output V8. Factory A/C Truck. This is the ultimate package for this truck. Doesn't get much better. Originally ordered with a C6 automatic from the factory. Converted to a 4-speed due to the C6 robbing so much horsepower from a small block with 4x4. Truck is presented in the original/factory ordered colors, two tone black and silver. Original interior, slate grey. Has XLT trim package and towing package.
Everything has been rebuilt on this truck...all premium or OEM parts used. No expenses spared. This is the ultimate driving machine. Build started summer of 2021. Driving since spring of 2022, less than 600 miles on build. Too much to list in full detail, see itemized list and short descriptions below.

Every seal and gasket has been replaced. All u-joints have been replaced. Truck has 4.56 gears front to back in it.
Motor (351W, 358 cubic inch)
1974 block, heavy webbing (stronger than 80's blocks), bored .40 over (358). Steel Crank, Comp Cams Xtreme 4x4 cam, new rods, new bearings, seals, gaskets, rings, valve springs, valve seals, lifters, GT40 high performance heads, high rise aluminum intake, Holley 750 carb, shorty headers, billet distributor, new coil, Taylor wires, etc.
Transmission (Borg Warner T18, 4-Speed)
NOS front steel bearing retainer (replaced used aluminum cover, prone to wear), new nylon shifter fork pads, new seals, new gaskets, new shifter pin, little to no wear on gears, new clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, fork, boot, etc.
Transfer Case (NP208F)
Selectable transfer case, 2H, 4H, N, 4L, new chain, new seals, new gaskets, etc.
Front end axle (Dana 44, 30 Spline)
Yukon Grizzly limited slip diff, 4.56 gears, all new spicer u-joints, original axles, new seals, Timkin bearings, and gaskets, Warn lock out hubs, etc.
Rear end axle (Ford big bearing, 9", 31 Spline)
Richmond limited slip diff, richmond 4.56 gears, Yukon Grizzly 31 spline axles, Timkin bearings, seals, gaskets, etc.
Both driveshafts have been rebuilt with new u-joints.
Brakes:
New rotors up front, pads, and hoses. New cardone master cylinder and booster. New brake shoes and drums on rear. Timkin wheel bearings.
New ECM... literally everything you can think of has been replaced. Reference list below.
Overview:
This truck gets attention from everyone! People breaking their necks to see it. Scares children and old ladies... Strong running and reliable truck. No leaks of any kind. Idles like a drag car. Has lots of power. Geared extremely low. Tach's around 3k at 70 miles an hour. I've drove this truck on the highway no problem. has 35" Super Swamper TSL bias ply mud tires on it. Original 15" styled steel wheels with chrome rings and caps. Handles well for a 5" lifted truck on 35's. Brakes nice. 1st gear is more like a crawler gear, due to the truck being geared so low and 1st being a granny gear. Basically a 3-speed manual with crawler gear. Take off in 2nd and shift through 3rd and 4th. Fourth gear is 1:1 ratio. Shifts great. Clutch has been broke in and adjusted. Motor and axles have been broke in. Transfer case shifts nice. Four wheel drive is amazing, true 4x4 truck with having two limited slip differentials in it and lock out hubs, all four tires spin. Selectable transfer case allows you to drive in 2wd. Around 12 mpg, runs on 87 pump gas. All lights work, brights, turn signals, etc. New windshield wipers, motor, switch with delay. Truck is loud, has glasspacks on it. I have a brand new front tank and sending unit, and straps as well as a new fuel tank selector for this truck, not installed but will be included. I have a new AC compressor included as well, not installed.
Interior/Cab:
Interior is original. Faded and cracked. Needs dash pad, door panels, and carpet. After market interior parts are readily available and relatively inexpensive. A brand new/redone headliner and visors that are not installed is included. The headliner has been professional attached to the backer, ready to drop in with no professional experience required. Seat has no rips, but is faded. Has two 6x9 speakers behind the seat that are no hooked up. I took the aftermarket stereo head unit out and added a 1984 AM/FM stereo with cassette player out of a 1984 crown vic to it. The radio is not hooked up, included is the original wire hook ups. I also added the digital clock option to the center display, not hooked up, original harness included. Added a nice original instrument cluster with a tach, tach works great. XLT trim and steering wheel perfect shape. New glove box hinge. New door locks, new ignition switch, keys, etc. Has slide rear glass. Some work has been done to the cab in the past. Looks like someone put new corners on it, some bondo present. Has some small rust on the inner top. Passenger side floor pan could be replaced, has a few soft spots. Rest of the floor is pretty solid. Doors are pretty solid, some surface rust on diver side. Doors do not sag and open/shut nicely. Glass is all good, no cracks.
Bed:
Original 6.5' short bed. The bed is basically trashed... lots of dents, lots of rust. However, a replacement bed has been acquired and will be included in the sale. The replacement bed came off a 1986 truck and is in great shape. Has a little rust on driver side wheel well. Bed is extremely straight, has a few very small dings. Dual tank Bed. Hideous orange color and the paint job is terrible. But it is solid and straight. Great for body restoration. Comes with a rust free tailgate off a 1980 f100, has the steel bracket style supports. slightly caved in on the inside. Good solid parts for bed restoration.
Fenders:
Some pin holes and slight surface rust, definitely restorable/useable.
Bumpers:
Has XLT bumpers on it in great shape. Rubber is all there and in great shape. Rear bumper has a little bit of rust on the top passenger side, not bad.
Trim:
Full XLT trim. I have the lower replacement trim/rubber piece for the driver side fender in really nice shape. Two pieces will need to be replaced, driver side upper fender and driver side bed molding. I have nice original head light housing that will be included. I also have brand new top cab lights included with sale.
Steering/Suspension:
Has new Skyjacker 5" lift shocks front to back, new front springs, poly bushings, new tie rod ends, new steering box, new steering linkage, new steering center bar, new steering pitment arm, new upper and lower ball joints, new camber adjusters, 4 wheel alignment, etc.
Exhaust:
Shorty headers, full 2.5" dual exhaust with 3" glasspacks.
What it needs to be perfect:

It's a running and driving truck how it sits. Does not need anything to be drivable and dependable. Be a great mud truck. This thing is set up for off road. Front tires will slightly rub if you cut the steering hard.
There is a lot I am probably missing. Hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars have been put into this thing. Gets a lot of attention. These old bullnose fords are getting harder to find, especially the 4x4 short beds. This one is optioned extremely well from the factory and sports great color combo.
