Description:

1973 Ford Mustang

We just bought 3 Mustangs from a collector, this is one of them. Recently restored, very clean top to bottom, in and out. Sharp looking inside and out too!
EXTERIOR: Great looking car from every angle. The body is all metal. It's really clean and straight, fits very nice. Smooth along the bottom, there's no bubbles or cracking. Has a bright red paint polished out real slick. Jambs are painted nicely. Dressed up with the Mach 1 decal stripes on the sides and back, NASA scooped hood is painted gloss black, sport mirrors, front spoiler and a red rubber bumper. The trim, grill, door handles, pop up gas cap, rear bumper and back tail panel are in great shape. New windshield, weather stripping and window seals. Has a set of 15 inch Cragar wheels with new BFG tires, beefier in back.
INTERIOR: Just as nice inside. I love the red stripes down the sport seats and also has the red sewn in mats in the carpets. Everything is very clean and tidy. The headliner is tight, visors look new, dome light works. Door panels, upholstery, carpet look new. The instrument panel, dash pad, wood grain trim looks excellent. It has a factory tachometer in the dash, upgraded walnut steering wheel and a modern stereo system. 3 Chrome gauges were neatly installed.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: It has a 351 Cleveland with 4 barrel carb and CJ heads. Has Edelbrock intake. All clean engine bay smooth metal, no signs of damage or rust. It's neatly painted satin black. Bottom of the hood is gloss red. The engine is painted Ford blue, the components have been cleaned and painted. It features power steering and power brakes. Has a washer bottle, horns, fan shroud looks, has the rubber on the cowl.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Simple but clean, all metal trunk compartment. The bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb is painted gloss red, new weather strip.
UNDERSIDE: Has factory competition suspension with staggered shocks and sway bars. The front end has gone through, has some new parts. Bottom of the motor is clean, starter looks new. Has top loader 4-speed trans, linkage is new. Great sounding custom exhaust. Has fat pipes and stainless Magnaflow mufflers. Fuel tank looks new. Brakes were redone, has disc in front, e-brake cables are hooked up. The floors and frame rails look very clean, painted a nice satin black. The entire bottom of this car has been cleaned and detailed, looks great.
After I spent some time with this car, I like it even better. Very clean, tidy throughout. Not abused, fits nice, feels nice. Sharp looking in and out, I love those red stripes in the seats. Big block 351 with a 4-speed. All this at a great price!
