Please message me for additional detailed photos and videos! CLEAN SURVIVOR 1991 Mustang GT! Original 5.0 - 5-speed. I bought this just a month ago and have been working on getting it up to par as I bought this as an investment piece that I could work on and enjoy and am moving on partially done with this. If you want a clean survivor that hasn't been thrashed to death, this is it. Want one to build that hasn't been hacked by previous owners? A stock example that will increase in value? Or a rust free clean pallete to build? This is a great example of any of the above. I am also a traveling, self-employed single father.....so you probably don't have to guess what kind of situation I am finding myself in currently. The car is an original Texas car which received 108k of its miles by 1998 per the carfax. The second owner drove it sparingly, moved to michigan and essentially kept it stored....it was last registered in 2013. His son in law acquired the car from him when he changed all fluids, filters, battery, alternator etc. It is absolutely rust free.....shock towers, inner/outer quarter panels, etc. The combination of it being mostly all stock and rust free make this one a rare find and a great color combo as well. It has been resprayed and is a quality paint job. Per the door tag, the car was originally special ordered white with no stripe to a texas dealership. The car runs great, the clutch is good and tight, shifting is crisp and precise. The smog equipment is still on the car however an off-road (catless) H pipe and flowmaster mufflers are on the car. The car retains the original ford headers! Wheels are 16" cobra R replicas and are in great condition....no rash or pitting on face. Tires are coded 08 but are not dry rotted and tread is like new. I have put over 100 miles on the car since I got it (only on nice dry road days!) and have had zero issues. https://youtu.be/TY3081czS-II purchased the car and have done the following:-Buff oxidized paint (it will look great with a professional cutting/polishing)-Fixed a bunch of circuits and all bulbs including interior map light, overhead dome and rear hatch light (LED bulbs).-New aftermarket front bumper cover (includes cracked original). The hatch has been replaced at some point as well.-New tinted headlights (originals included)-New bluetooth radio-Light trim painting-New belt line moldings-New rear carpet-New drivers door handle (included is a new passenger to match though one on it is functional)-General cleanup/repairs throughoutThings I have yet to get to:-Check engine light is on for throttle position sensor and AC codes.-Airbag light flashes code three indicating a backup battery went dead in storage.-Interior dyeing/detailing-Also comes with new plugs, wires and I believe a cap and rotor I got with the car. It doesn't seem to need them IMO.-Speedometer bounced (odometer is accurate)I've detailed this car as completely as possible here to ensure you know what you're buying. With that said I am sure there are things I have not yet discovered in a 29 year old car. It is being sold as-is and general wear/tear and functionality for its age should be expected. It is a used car that has normal dings, scratches, and wear from normal use. There are some touched up spots including a corner on a rear bumper. I have tons of pics and videos I can send. As stated the car is rust free meaning it is solid and free from rot. The unfinished sufaces like exhaust, rear axle etc have surface rust and corrosion as to be expected with age and use as addition to chips on the underside which have corroded. No rot! I WANT THE BUYER TO BE HAPPY AND HAVE THE CAR THEY EXPECT - Please ask any questions prior to bidding! Clean Ohio title which states true mileage unknown due to the car rolling over a 5 digit odometer. It was reported in the history at one point with 12x,xxx miles and later without the 1 since the car has a 5 digit odometer. The mileage is accurate and there are no accidents or other happenings on the carfax. Original owners manual included. The car must be paid for within 5 days of auctions end but I will work with the buyer on pickup scheduling due to the current world happenings. If immediate arrangements cannot be met I will keep the car stored indoors until arrangements can be made to pick up or ship the car.
