1933 Ford Other Pickups

With less than 500 miles since completing its restoration, this 1933 Ford Pickup already feels quite fresh. And you'll enjoy driving this one even more, because while you still have classic flathead V8 power, they have given it subtle upgrades to deliver a better driving classic.
This nice glossy maroon finish looks very period correct, but it has that unmistakable extra luster from a modern professional application. So it does a terrific job of highlighting all the curves of the steel body every time the sunshine hits the sheetmetal. Plus, the maroon looks great with the black lower section to deliver a well-done two-tone. This one has all the details you love, like step plates, wire wheel, and a full-size spare mounted in the fender. There's even a nice white pinstripe to add some detail against the darker colors. You'll see some subtle upgrades like the front turn signal lights and the dual exhaust tips peeking out of the rear. These are just little worthwhile additions during the full restoration. It's all part of a pickup that has been upgraded to be a better driver without losing its vintage charm...and that's a theme you'll see throughout this Ford.
Inside is a fresh and vintage package. We especially like how the exterior two-tone is continued inside with a black bench seat that's joined by the maroon on the classic dash and steel doors. Even the upgraded carpeting is maroon. The tall gearstick and grippy dual spoke steering wheel deliver that ideal vintage feeling. But since this was restored to be a classic you want to drive, you'll notice some handy upgrades. For example, there's an upgraded AutoMeter/SunPro gauge package to keep you fully informed, but it's set in a classic-style housing. There's even a handy tach mounted above the windshield. And the upgraded heater controls make this nice when you want to get to the car show for dawn.
The butterfly hood is always fun to show off, and inside is the unmistakable look of Ford's famous 239 cubic-inch flathead V8. The green block/heads, bright head bolts, and proper tags all give this the look of a classic machine. But as you dig deeper, you start to see that they invested in more than just appearance. This has a 12-volt system, alternator, and aluminum radiator w/electric fan. Those are the kind of upgrades that makes a vehicle start easier and run smoother - even in traffic. There's also headers feeding the dual exhaust to give this V8 a little extra pep and tune. The rebuilt three-speed manual transmission even delivers smooth syncro-style action. And as you look at the undercarriage photos, you see a fresh, but classic, look that reminds you this one is still about delivering the vintage feeling on the road.
When you love driving your pre-war classics, then you know how ideally done this freshly restored Ford is. So don't miss your chance, call today!
