1970 Mach 1 R-Code SCJ 4 Speed Rotisserie Restored 4:30 Drag Pack Fastback

1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1

You are looking at a1970 Mach 1 428 R-Code Super Cobra 4:30 Jet Drag Pack 4 speed Shaker car. This car recently came out of the body shop where it wasrotisserierestored. This car was rust-free, it is all original frame rails, floor pans, trunk pans, & rear quarters are all original! The doors, front fenders, hood, & trunk lid are also all original Ford not aftermarket!! The underside of the car is sprayed with a Raptor liner finish. All the suspension is either new or has been sandblasted and sprayed with epoxy. The Power Disc brakes are new and work excellent. A new gas tank has been installed. The rear end is the correct 31 spline nodular 4:30 posi and has been rebuilt. It has Power Steering. The hood hold downs are NOS.

The original very nice interior has been re-installed. The headliner is new. The trap door has not been cut and is nice. The fold down rear seat is very nice. It has the original AM/FM radio in it that does work. It has the original 8,000 RPM Tach Cluster in the car. The original Tilt Steering Column is still in the car. The interior is not all new but in nice condition.

The Transmission is all rebuilt by Perogie Enterprises and about $2,000 was spent on that it also has the correct shifter, the shift lever has been rechromed. The Motor still needs to be rebuilt. The Block, Intake, Heads, &Carburetorare all date code correct. The block has been bored .30 over and has beenmagnafluxedand is ready for reassembly. The crank has been ground .20/.20 and is ready to be installed. The heads have been disassembled and have been magnafluxed, they are just bare heads. The Lemans rods have had nothing done to them, they will probably need to be reconditioned. The correct Carburetor was professionally built by Pony Carburetors.The correct Shaker assembly is included but it is missing the snorkel. The complete and original Oil Cooler assembly is included. The original rev limiter is included. The correct Distributor is included. The correct Fan blade is included. The correct Exhaust Manifolds are included. All the rare hard to find parts are here about 12 to 15 years of collecting and finding the highest quality original parts have been put into this car.
