THIS CAR WAS RUNNING AND DRIVING WHEN PARKED INSIDE OF MY SHOP FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS DUE TO AN ACCIDENT THAT CAUSED A SPINAL CORD INJURY. I have limited mobility and cannot finish this project.
