Description:

1968 Ford F-100 Custom cab

Was a long bed now short bed and has a complete 04 Mercury chassis with only 60k miles. Power steering, power 4 wheel disc, aluminum lower front control arms.

18x8 steel wheels with 255/45/18 tires are new.

Engine is a 01 5.3 but has a faux ford look, also with Edelbrock intake, 670 Holley, msd ignition, new gaskets and seals, new timing chain, melling pump, Elgin 1840 cam, new lifters, head bolts,

Aluminum radiator and new hoses, electric fan and thermostat.

Stainless headers, steel x pipe, thrush 2 chamber mufflers that stop under the truck no tailpipes. Sounds mean!

Transmission is a 4l60 with a 3k converter, new filter, fluid and seals, running with a trans controler mounted in the glove box.

Gas tank is merc and mounted under the rear of the bed with a Holley fuel pump ran to the merc fuel lines.

Interior has the tan leather rear seat from the merc and although it doesnt fit perfect it looks and sets great, tan carpet is from the merc and is not perfect but looks ok,Stock merc seat shoulder belts,

All gauges from Speedway are hooked up and working with a gps speedometer in a modified stock bezel.

Stock column 3 speed shifter is hooked up and working with a cable to the trans but has no indicator for gear position.

Dash pad is very cracked up, no heat or ac (i will include the stock heater box) but the 5.3 ac compressor is on the engine.

HeadLights and turn signals are all working except for a license plate light.

Yes the truck was and is still rusty, the cab corners have been replaced, bed seams have been patched, 6x4 inch hole in the driver floor patched, driver roof rail is rusty to. The hood was the worst part it was in really rough shape but i have patched it up into useable good working condition. The seams where the bed was shortened have not been body worked but they have been painted and match ok.

There is NO tailgate or rear bumper.

Clear North Carolina title in my name.
