Up for sale is my beautiful 1965 Ford Mustang coupe. This is a perfect example of a rust-free California classic that's always been garaged and taken care of very well. It underwent restoration within the last couple of years including the drivetrain rebuild, interior, and new paint. It turns heads everywhere and sparks conversations whenever I drive it. I am only the third registered owner and I was assured by the previous family that the 83,800 miles on the odometer are true to the car because it sat in storage for many years before I purchased it.
It comes equipped with the matching numbers 200ci factory engine and C-4 auto transmission that run great. This Mustang sounds like a V8 with the new beefy exhaust but gets the fuel economy of a 6 cylinder. It's very reliable and could be used as a weekend cruiser or daily driver today. It drives and handles great at any speed. The brakes were recently rebuilt and suspension components replaced a couple years ago including new air shocks. No squeaks or rattles like many 50+ year old cars. It has all original sheet metal throughout including floor pans, fenders, doors, and torque boxes. Doors line up perfect and open & close with ease. It was painted raven black last year and as you can see from the pictures it looks stunning. It has new exterior chrome as well including the bumpers, door handles, gas cap, GT mirrors, antenna, lights, front & rear windshield moldings with new seals, and wipers. The interior was redone about 2 years ago which included seat upholstery, carpet, headliner, dashboard, door panels, custom center console, GT steering wheel, 4 retractable seatbelts, and an aftermarket stereo hidden in the glove box with 6" kick panel speakers and 6x9â€s in the rear deck. Original FoMoCo glass all around with no chips or cracks and it has new window regulators as well. All the electrical is in great shape including dash gauges, lights, horn, wipers, and upgraded rear LED lights for better visibility.
