Up for sale is this super rare, super fine, all original, black on black, matching numbers 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 "Survivor". This car has been stored away for 30 years and as a result is in incredible condition. Car comes equipped with the original 351 Cleveland Motor with a 4 bbl carb. This is a unique Q CODE vehicle and has the ultra rare 4 spd Factory Hurst Shifter (only 548 made that year). Dual exhaust purrs like a lion. Car has only 31,000 original miles!! No fluid leaks anywhere. Car has power brakes (front brakes are disc, rear are drum). Original AM/FM stereo. Rare Rim Blow Horn on original wood grain steering wheel. Brand new 15 x 7 Magnum 500 wheels with Mustang caps. Brand new 15" Cooper Cobra Radial G/T Tires makes this Mustang handle and float down the road like a dream. Full gauge package. Correct Mach 1 stickers for 1973. Interior extremely clean and in great original condition. Another rare option is a backseat pass through - panel opens up in the trunk that gives you full access to the interior of the car (see pics). No rust. Recent improvements include all new drive belts, new battery, new power steering pump, all new filters, new fuel lines, new factory gas tank, shocks, new wiper motor.
This MACH 1 runs great and handles beautiful. There is some cracking in the clear coat of the paint. But it's more of an aesthetic issue. The black exterior with the white decals make this car menacing looking coming down the street. I get compliments from people everywhere I go. Car is very fast - it will be hard to hold back from driving over the speed limit with this one. If you are looking to own a MACH 1, your search is over - this is the car for you! This vehicle will no doubt appreciate in value over the years - don't hesitate! This MACH 1 will not last long at this price.
