HelloI just loved the look of this car, so I bought it. I have too many projects though and need to sell it. Besides the bucket seats this Ranchero looks very original. It has the 292 with factory air conditioning. I put a new distributor and started the engine. It ran great at first but the plugs fouled shortly afterwards. I think the Carb needs rebuilding. I briefly ran it through all gears, Automatic by the way, and they all seemed to work. The floors have some holes in them. They are structurally sound but do need a little metal work or replacing depending on the wishes of the new buyer. You can see the paint is bubbling on the rocker panel areas. There seems to be some rusted out spots on the rear where one of the body mounts attach to the body. What separates this Ranchero from similar models is the amount of stainless steel on the sides. I looks great, especially with the rear wheel covers, (spats). This car is kind of a inbetweener depending on how much work you want to do. You can get it running better, put in new carpeting and run it as is or restore to your heart's desire. The car is located in Winnsboro, Texas. About 100 miles east of Dallas.
