Here is the SHARPEST and most gorgeous 1966 Mustang I think they ever made. I was absolutely shocked when I saw it sitting on a rotissory just after paint. The car had all of the parts but were in original condition. The engine, 4 speed trans and rear end I was told were the ones the car came from factory with. I completely tore down all 3 and completely rebuilt them. I have receipts for all the parts I used. Including new trans main shaft, 2nd gear, blocking rings, bearings and seal. Pistons, rings, cam.lifters, springs, chain, gears, seals and gaskets for engine. The suspension is all new as well as steering parts. All new brakes, calipers, hoses etc. All new lines and gas tank. The alternator, water pump, fuel pump, 4 bbl Holley carburetor, radiator, hoses, regulator and all wiring has been replaced as well. Heater core and restored box and new cables. I didn't leave any stone un-turned. The Wheels and tires are new too. No spare. I completely redid the interior with all new foam, covers, backs, chrome trim, Carpet, door panels, handles and cranks, dash pad, headliner and repainted all the plastic panels with correct paints and dyes. The car has fold down back seat and rear speakers. Seat rubs speakers when flipping it up and down. New windshield and all chrome.
The car starts and runs great but has only a few miles since completed. May need a few tweeks here and there but I hate to drive it as it is so detailed under car. This car is show quality and Sharp as it can be.
I planned on taking it to Mecum auction but thought I would try it here first.
Located in Urbana Illinois for inspection and I do have a lift.
