1972 Ford F-250 4 Door Crew Cab
1972 Ford F-250
This is an old West Texas quail hunting that I found and brought her back to life. There are good and bad things about her but she is unique. The bad, the pics should show the rough and rust. The good she is a crew cab. Engine might be a 390 since it has webbing on the passenger side front of block, and note it has a car oil pan. Alum. intake Edelbrock carb and headers with welded up flanges. New master cylinder, disc brake flex lines and rebuilt dual piston calipers. I capped off the rear brake line, more on that later. I installed a period correct 77 highboy disc brake front axle. This is a running and drive around the yard project that will need to get transported where ever she goes. I have to prime the carburetor to start her up since the gas is not all that good so the tank needs to be drained again or be cleaned.
I just replaced the front clip from a 1969 F-100 with a 6cyl and we had to do some fab work for the radiator. I know I am forgetting something so please ask questions and I will get back with you.
Included are a used set of Doug Thorley headers not installed and still in the box.
