Please ask any questions before bidding and please make sure you have all permissions needed. I purchased this car in 2003 from memory lane in sun valley ca that’s why it shows salvage title because it came from memory lane. The car was supposed to be dismantled. I believe I still have the receipt for the deposit on the car, I will try to look for it, but I cannot guarantee I will find it. The car had just been acquired and they were going to part the car, I got there as they were parking the car and spoke to the guy in charge his name was Gary and he let me buy it because the car was too nice to part out. It’s a 1974 but I wanted a 70 so I had the 1970 fenders, tail panel, grill, wing, hood, dashboard and steering column installed. I’ve did a lot of upkeep on the car and I drove it daily for about 5 years but then I moved about 60 miles round trip from home and I stopped driving the car so the car just sat there for about five years. When the car sat there, it developed issues just by sitting there so I decided to work on it and get it running again. I sourced a fresh 360 and during the same time, sis the brakes front and rea, I realize I never liked the automatic that was in the car because it was a three speed so I decided to go to a four speed with the overdrive. I had a custom made iron cases A833 with overdrive when people see it, they think its a regular four speed with no overdrive, but it does have the overdrive. I have a video of the car driving in low rpm very freeway friendly. During the same year, I also had the rear end gears changed to be more freeway friendly. It is a positive rear end with better gears because I wanted to drive it daily again. I also upgraded the headlights with relays, I added ridetech strong arms, I planned to eventually do a hemi so I did a fuel injection fuel tank, if you decide to do a hemi, you will need to change the regulator But it will work with a hemi. The controls arms are strong arm from ridetech. The brakes are in good working order and were replaced front and rear along with wheel cylinders brake booster front rotors and rear drums. Shocks front n rear too along with new rear leaf springs and front hemi torsion bars. All bushings, tie rods, rebuilt gearbox, wheel bearings were replaced with new parts. The gauges were rebuilt from red line Gauges in Newhall, California and they work except for the speedometer. I believe it needs a new cable I never replaced it. The carpet was replaced about a year and a half ago The seats are power and working with relays. The dashboard has no cracks in it and is correct for 1970. **the air cleaner will not be included** ** the invert fender might need repair. I will include the piece needed.** ** the paint is a nice driver quality, car was painted in 2008 looks decent for age** ** the white stuff on the lower quarter panels is house based paint from a truck that dropped a few buckets of paint and I had to go through it on the road but it should come off** **I was going to have the exhaust redone because I wanted a smaller diameter pipe and removed the tip but will also be included** I believe the hood is also 1970 because of the crumple zone I was told. The grill the tail panel, lights and the valances are also 1970 I didn’t want to sell the car but I’m running out of room and need to make space. I can’t drive the car because it’s always usually blocked in. Car is sold as is. No refunds, no exchanges or guarantees. I have disclosed what I recall about the car. If you have any questions I need more information on something before bidding. Please let me know before bidding. Located 5 minutes from six flags.
