Description:

1970 Dodge Charger R/T

1970 Dodge Charger R/T 440. This is a numbers matching car. Every single part is original from the factory. I believe it even came with the original battery when we bought it. We drove it to the local auto body shop and had them weld in new trunk pans then we began taking the car apart . The car has been completely dismantled in preparation for a full restoration but unfortunately when I went away to college the project was put on hold. It has now been sitting for about 10 years in our garage. The pictures show the car when we bought it and then the ones of it apart are as it sits now. Every part was meticulously labeled and boxed and you are bidding on the full car with all of the parts that were on it in the original picture. We took pictures throughout the dismantling process so I have literally thousands of pictures. Anything you want to see please message me and I will try to send it over. The only part missing is the driver side window that was broken when the car was being taken apart. This car came with an undercoating that kept the whole bottom very rust free. This is an amazing restoration opportunity for the right person. It is a fun project that once complete will only continue to go up in value as these cars become rarer. While it is taken apart, there is very little rust and every part is from the factory. Almost every Charger I have seen for sale is either a rust bucket, has already been restored, or has been stripped of its original parts. This is an ALL numbers matching 1970 Dodge Charger R/T with a 440 engine that has only 46,000original miles.
PLEASE READ:I have added pictures of the information we were given when we bought the car on eBay originally. Please see the last 4 photos in the listing. This is strictly to give you some history of the car. It is information from when we bought it.
