Barn find 1937 Desoto sedan suicide doors very complete priced to sell rat rod

1937 Desoto 4 door sedan, uicide doors.very complete solid car that has been sitting for years. The engine is stuck I believe. Does have little rust on the passenger side lower doors. Glass is all bad or gone. Interior is all there but bad shape. Car does roll. Car does not have a title.
