1955 Desoto Fireflight Sportsman. This car was the top of the line Desoto for 1955. My 1955 Desoto is a rust free original car. It has the original Hemi 200 HP engine, transmission, and factory installed interior. It is a number matching car. It still has the original carpets which are still in good condition. The Desoto has only been driven 86000 miles since it was driven off of the showroom. The chrome bumpers, chrome trim, and body are all in excellent condition. Both doors, as well as the hood, and trunk open and close easily and are properlyaligned. All of the glass is in excellent condition and the windows roll up and down. Please look closely at all of the photos. This is a show car that looks and drives excellent. You could fly into Salt Lake City and drive this 1955 Desoto Fireflight anywhere you would like with confidence. It is a worn out term, "There only original once," but it really fits my 1955 Desoto Fireflight Sportsman. The Desoto comes with an extra set of 1955 Desoto Hubcaps. The chrome rocker trim pieces are in good condition and run along the full length of the 1955 Desoto are shown in the photos, but are not installed. 3. The carpets in the trunk are not original.
