1969 Chrysler Newport 2 Door

Up for auction is a 1969 Chrysler Newport.Owned by the same family since new.It has been stored in a dry barn since 1985.

Engine is 383 that starts right up and runs well.The automatic transmission shifts smoothly.Installed a new master cylinder and the brakes work fine.Exhaust is a little loud.

The body is in pretty good shape.The floors and trunk are really solid.There is some rust in the lower quarters behind the wheels.Tires are a bit old.There is some missing trim but it is pretty cheap on line.

The interior is ok.During its storage, the headliner made a nice home for a family of mice they left a few holes.The interior lights work as do the instruments and gauges.
