1962 Chrysler Newport 4-door sedan. Second owner for 27 years, with 51K original miles. The 1st 27 years was owned by little spinster lady. Had repaint (coral gray) before we bought it. Bright work, glass, etc. very good. Original interior still excellent. Push button Torque Flite behind 361 CI big block with 2bbl carb. Recently new: 15” radial tires, exhaust, belts (still have original belts), and brake fluid. Electronic ignition installed years ago, works great. No A/C. Sometimes brake pedal oscillation. Drums need turning, unless buyer wants to do disc conversion. Last of the vacuum-tube radios—works great. Has very rare right-side matching mirror. Buyer also gets the five Goodyear Super Cushion tires (19K miles), rims and hubcaps which came on car when delivered on 8/7/62. Owner’s guide, service booklets, and original aluminum keys. Nice, dependable tour car with huge trunk.
