Has the Apache fleet side option along with the double deluxe option. The Apache double deluxe replaced the cameo option from 58. Truck has not ran in several years. Does have rust, Will need complete restoration. No title. Plenty of great parts of restore. Included with the sale of this 59 Apache is a Napco 4x4 set up including a Rockwell t221 divorced transfer case, 1 drive shaft from trans to transfer case and the Dana 44 closed knuckle front axle. You could convert this truck over to 4x4 just like napco did in the 50’s and 60’s.
