I purchased a couple years ago as a complete and intact car that had been sitting 30 years with an old 70s lacquer paint job. I paid more for it because it was complete and intact and I did not want a basket case. It also had very straight stainless steel and body pretty solid other than tail gate spots and pin holes on one headlight base top and I knew I could sand and buff the body out ”still age and patina” to have it be a perfect driver condition car which is what I wanted. I did not want to strip it down and do a $90,000 restoration.

With that said,going down the road and sitting in a parking lot just as a driver this is a perfect car for that.needs floors, but I have a complete two piece floor pan set to do the spot replacement as needed. I did put the car up 2 feet in the air striped all of the suspension front and rear, and completely rebuilt everything all the way back. shackles, bushings, complete front end suspension rebuild, power disc brake conversion, front and rear sway bars, shocks and utilized a original tri five power steering set up because I did not want to remove the original steering wheel and column. I liked the look of everything being original.

It has a rebuilt, 700 R4 late model version that is heavy duty, with lockout converter kit installed and new torque converter. Engine is an original 1969 c10 350 4bolt main complete gasket kit done on it summit RV cam new exhaust new aluminum radiator, new American auto wire 56 Chevy correct wiring harness, vintage air system is 90% complete installed. All the under dash stuff and wiring is done. Just need the actual AC pump and condenser installed. original Nomad 15 inch steel rims with hubcaps, new tires alignment is done. Car is a runner and driver original year of manufacture plates and registered. Car runs and drives like a dream. I also have a complete interior. I mean a total complete interior ready to go all the door panels from kick panels the way back are done, utilizing the original nomad molded armrests. Includes wind lace, visors, headliner rubber rear mat carpet absolutely everything. I have the original seats and all new covers ready to be installed. Nomad is original black and white car so I kept the exterior black and got black and white interior kit for it. I was just waiting to have the floors done before I installed interior. Every light and lens on the car is new inside and out. All of the glass is intact except for the two door glass that I removed because they were broken but I have original tint glass ready to be installed and one slider glass was broke. I have an original tint glass ready for installation For that as well. pretty much I have everything for the car just needs to be installed but you can drive this thing as it is right now.
