1990 Chevrolet Suburban

Super low mile 1990 K1500 Suburban. Runs, shifts and drives excellent but has slight rough idle. Solid lifelong Texas vehicle with only 48K actual miles and was bought new in Houston. Comes with owners manual and original purchase papers from Robbins Chevrolet in Humble, TX. Has the fuel injected 5.7 V8 with automatic transmission. Manual windows and door locks. This truck rides and drives like the low mile vehicle it is. That being said, it was used as a truck and has imperfections.

No rust with the exception of surface rust on the roof where the paint has thinned. Typical GM paint issues on the hood and roof, but body has absolutely no rot. Factory AC blows cold and has been converted to R134. Tires have good tread. Floor shift to engage four wheel drive with automatic hubs on the axles. Blue interior with rubber mats on the floors and velour seats. Has the barn doors and covered spare tire in the rear. Does not have the third seat. Dash is heat cracked and seats have some tears and a cigarette burn. Headliner is in decent shape but is sagging slightly near the back doors. Body has minor dents from normal use but overall the appearance is very good.

The truck is pretty much factory stock, with the exception of an aftermarket stereo, dual shocks on the front end, a brush guard and a basket on the back end that is mounted with dual receivers (heavy duty). It has two small holes on the windshield that have been filled with epoxy. Passenger door has a bullet hole (comes standard on Texas trucks!).

May need front brakes and speedometer doesn't always work right away if it has been sitting several days, but wakes up after a few miles. Also needs a new gas cap, as the factory one is separating but is still functional. Ashtray does not want to stay closed... falls forward. One lever for rear seat release is missing. Spare tire holds air but is not in great shape. Selling for elderly owner. Comes with clean title and bill of sale.
