1990 suburban V1500 super low miles...9178 original miles

Price: - Item location: Yakima, Washington, United States
Description:

1990 Chevrolet Suburban Scottsdale

Probably the lowest mile square body suburban in the country. Former Canadian Air Force support vehicle (Instruments are metric). Spent most of its life parked in a hangar bay on the Cold Lake Canadian Air Force base in Alberta. I’ve had the suburban for almost a year and I get compliments and questions about it everywhere I go, even more so than when I’m driving my 1968 Camaro RS/SS. I’ve went through this truck front to back (I’ll list the maintenance I’ve done below). The paint etc. has a few places that show that it was a government vehicle.1. Some ghost lettering thats hard to see (also in back side windows if looking out from the inside)2. There are some scratches from the Air Force decal Removal.3. Clear coat spot (seen in pic)4. Hole in dash (hole is about 1” diameter and I think there used to be a switch box there, see pic) otherwise dash is perfect5. Small holes in vinyl floor board by transfer case lever (seen in pic) used to be a floor mounted CB or phone I think6. Couple primer paint spots on rear cargo deck where I filled in some screw holes and put some primer where the holes were (there was originally a piece of board screwed down that I removed)
Features:-Half ton with factory overload springs-Posi-traction-Was originally ordered as back seat delete, so added nice period correct foldable back seat with belts and latches.-Scottsdale trim so vinyl front bucket seats (rare)...period correct center console was added by me. Manual windows.-5.7 TBI-4 speed auto with O/D

Maintenance done:- 4 brand new 33x10.50 BF Goodrich KM2 (maybe 200 miles on them)
- 2 inch rough country lift kit with new shocks all around and new steering stabilizer shock
- brand new exhaust from Y pipe back
- transfer case serviced
- change front and rear diff fluids
- serviced transmission with new filter and fluid
- replaced radiator hoses
- replaced heater hoses
- changed anti-freeze, new thermostat
- New belts
- went through brakes and cleaned them
- pulled radiator and had it checked by radiator shop and put in new heater core
- set up electrical for 2 battery with back-up via solenoid switch
- replaced fuel and air filter
- tuned up with new spark plugs, wires, and cap & rotor
- suburban has A/C but doesn’t blow cold

Would like to keep but have too many vehicles and need to trim the inventory. This would make a great over lander rig if you are into that. Would be happy to send more pics if requested.
