1954 Chevrolet Other Pickups

This is a 1954 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 ton pickup. I have owned it over 35 years, but have no title - I can provide you a Bill of Sale. There is no motor or trans, it does have the enclosed drive line. This truck has been in Arizona for at least 50 years, but probably since it was new. This truck was an original hydramatic (automatic) truck, as you can see there is no hole for a clutch. It does not have the original floor trans cover, as you can see from photos. I will try to describe the body. The floor does not have rust out, as you can see from photos. There is some rust out on the inner RH cowl panel and both cab corners, which is the only rust-out I can find. Looks like there is bondo on the LH cowl panel, see in photo. Most body parts need some straightening, as you can see in the photos, but probably no replacement. I do have a right running board, included and much nicer than the one on the truck. The top is really straight, some surface rust. The bed is not bad, someone welded in a metal floor and some reinforcement on the sides. The rear bumper is constructed to fit around the fenders and up around the taillights, kind of unique. The frame looks good. Someone was planning to put a V8 and tilt column, so you can see a little cutting around the steering column, a couple of cuts in the center of the bottom of the firewall, but could be welded easily. Also a little notch out in the frame in front of the steering column, could probably weld a piece in there. The inner fenders are nice along with the front panel, the hood shuts and latches nicely and fairly good alignment. The grille is pretty nice, needs a little straightening. There is no door glass, other than vent windows, but regulators are there. It has the original ID plate with a 11 digit vin number that is riveted on and never removed. If you plan to title this truck, make sure of the process required in your state. I think anything else can be seen in the photos. I am offering this truck at no reserve. I had to list this as a rebuilt, rebuildable & reconstructed title, but there is NO TITILE. If you have any questions, please email.
