This is a collector quality all original panel 69 Chevelle COPO 427, 4 speed that has under gone a resent rotisserie nut and bolt restoration (at which time it was cloned to a COPO), redone in its factory original Azure Turquoise base coat clear coat sanded and wheeled slick as glass straight as an arrow, all new weather stripping and window felts, new tinted windshield - all other glass is factory soft ray in excellent condition, new side view mirror, new door handles, new NOS grill, head light bezels and moldings, new side marker bezels, re-chromed front bumper, new wheel well moldings, new tail light bezels and tail panel moldings, re-chromed rear bumper - all other stainless moldings are original in excellent condition.
All new factory black interior, dash has been reconditioned, new dash pad, factory tach and gauge package, factory appearing AM/FM stereo, all dash vents have also been replaced, new headliner; as well as sun visors, new front and rear door panels, new arm rest, new front and rear seat covers, seat belts with shoulder straps, new carpet with custom floor mats, new sill plates, factory bench seat with original Muncie 4 speed shifter.
Under the hood we have a correct date 427, 512 block engine which has been built with all correct dated parts for a COPO 427, 4 bolt main block, OEM steel crank, OEM 7/16" dimple rods, Hypertechnic pistons, 10:8-1 compression, Comp cam .568/.578 solid lifter cam, cylinder heads are 3919840 castings, stainless valves, correct Winters intake, OEM Holley 780 carb, factory California emissions pump; as well as correct exhaust manifolds into 2 1/2 inch dual factory exhaust out the back with chrome tips, heavy duty radiator with correct shroud and clutch fan, front power disc brakes, this strong running 427 is back up with a Muncie M22 RockCrusher with Centerforce clutch, all new front suspension with 1 inch sway bar, 12 bolt posi rear end with 410 gear, boxed control arms.
Rides on a set of factory SS 5 spoke wheels with correct Firestone Wide Oval F70/14 all around.
