Up for sale in a 1955.1 Chevy 3100 Pickup Truck project.

I started this swap earlier this year, but do to taking a new job, I need to sell it as my company will not move non-running vehicles.I am willing to drive up to 250 miles to help with delivery for free.

The truck has been swapped onto an extended 2001 Chevy Blazer frame, which improves the steering and suspension, along with 4 wheel disc brakes (2 piston fronts, 1 piston rears) 3.73 gearing and the frame is boxed from the front to the rear end.

The cab mounts have been custom fabricated so that the 4l60e transmission does not require a full tunnel through the cab.

The front end has been mostly replaced with new tie rods, new ball joints, new sway bar bushings, and new hubs, new cross drilled and slotted rotors, new brake pads and new flexible brake lines.The rear has new cross drilled and slotted rotors and new brake pads as well as new flexible lines.The front suspension has new shocks and 2" drop coils, with 3" drop blocks in the rear.

The motor is a 2001 Chevy 5.3 with the original 4l60e pulled from a Silverado with around 100,000 miles on it. The knock sensors and harness have been replaced and a JCT heater bypass installed. The original ECM is included as well as a brand new 5.3 stand-alone harness. S-10 swap headers are included as well.An aluminum 2 row double pass radiator will keep it cool.

Code 504 S-10 LS swap motor mounts make sure everything is lined up, and a Speedway Motors cross member holds the transmission in place.

The fuel system consists of an RJS 15 gallon fuel cell, 40 feet of braided black stainless fuel lines with corresponding AN fittings, a 100 micron fuel filter and a 30 micron Holley fuel filter.Also included are JCT billet fuel rail adapters for the feed and return lines.

The transmission cooler is a remote mounted 12 ¾" by 7 ½" unit with black AN fittings for the 4l60e.

The brake set up is a frame mounts power brake kit which includes the frame mount, original style brake pedal, master cylinder and booster.

A 21 circuit wiring harness is included for the rest of the truck wiring.

A 32" chrome steering column with tilt and column shifting along with the original 55 steering wheel.

USA made floor pans, toe boards and transmission hump are included.

2 new outer cab corners are included.

17" Mustang Bullitt wheels with Falken tires are currently installed with 5x4.75 to 5x4.5 aluminum adapters included.

I purchased a bench seat out of an early 90's F-150 to use in the cab with plans on recovering it.

The body panels are in ok shape, and they are covered in a coat of old primer.The truck appears to have been a dark green from the factory.I have a clean title in hand for the cab.

This truck needs a core support fabricated to finish mounting the front end, and I will include about 40 feet of rectangular 2x1 steel tubing to finish the core support, bed mounts and running board mounts. I will also include 2x2 square tubing.

The wheels will need 2" spacers, or a wheel of a different offset will need to be used.

All of the parts listed except the motor, trans, wheels and tires are new.

Here is what is needed to finish this vehicle from front to back (off top of head, expect there to be more).

Headlights, turn signals, core support, hard brake lines, mount master cylinder/pedal, install gas pedal, install power steering lines (included), run fuel lines (needs fuel pump), mount running boards, install seat, install new glass, mount steering column, run wiring harness, flash ECM, order drive shaft, mount bed and cross sills, brake lights, turn signals.

Like I said, I am willing to drive around 250 miles to deliver the vehicle, and I am located in the Fort Worth, Texas area.I will have everything secure on the vehicle and packed up in containers for transport.
