This truck currently has 77,379 miles on the odometer and is sold as ACTUAL MILES on an ACTUALMILE OHIO TITLE!!!! This 1966 Chevrolet C10 short bed is the perfect additional to anyone's garage! Killer stance, awesome looks, and fantastic running and handling too! With chassis, fabrication, and customization done by, and for, the owner of Razorback Customs, this truck is as dialed in as can be, and is ready to continue being a reliable daily or Sunday cruiser for the next owner. Frame and chassis set-up is clean, straight, and solid, and most of the build and components on it are only a few years old. New ViaAir compressor has is own switch and automatically monitors things to keep the tank full. 4-way individual switches lets you set it wherever you want. Lots of cool components from Street Machinery in Cleveland too, where the truck spent time as part of Boris' "Patina Plantation"! It goes from laying engine cross memberin the dirt to ride height in about 8 seconds, and lays out almost as fast. it has PLENTY of clearanceat 3/4 height, and is dang near 4x4 territory when it is aired up all the way! Ride quality is incredibly good, and you can cruise it just like a normal car anywhere you want. Handling is firm, and the new power steering system doesn't have any of the slop you find in most builds, plus makes it easy for anyone in the family to drive. Front disc/ rear drum braking is dialed in, and the truck stops without any pulling, wander, or excessive fade. It has all new brake lines and booster as well! It rolls on a full set of staggered 18/20 REV chrome wheels that are less than 200 miles old, with matching COOPER Radials size 225/45R18 and 225/35R20. A new, modern wiring harness was installed to make things work like they should, and great care was taken to get ALL of the gauges working including the original tachometer! Speedo is calibrated within 2mph of GPS, and the only gauge that is finicky is the temp gauge, but this truck runs so cool you won't really notice! Power comes from a fully refreshed GM 350ci V8 mtched to a 700R4. The engine got new valve covers, headers, Aluminum intake, Edelbrock 600 carb, water pump, timing chain and gears, oil pump, and a new fuel system with new gas tank, lines, and fuel sending unit. It starts, runs, and drives great, and was recently taken on a hour long trip combining highway and city driving with ZERO issues! It leaves a drop or two on the floor after a week, from what looks like the right side of the oil pan, but the drops are the size of pencil eraser. It doesn't smoke, it doesn't stumble, and it doesn't do anything it shouldn't. It is SO FUN to hop in a truck with this much character and have it drive great too!!! The truck looks incredibly cool thanks to a 20-odd year-old paint finish that has more character than a Tarantino movie, and will break necks whenever you roll past a crowd. We have some wild stuff here at the store, and when you get more looks in this truck than you do in a McLaren, you know it has it going on! It has not been buffed or cleared, and it shows really well in person, with so many layers and shades and depth. YES, it actually has some rust bubbling in spots on each door. I have detailed the areas in the 150 photos below, and it has been the same condition since August of 2017. You could fix it, but why? It is a huge part of the trucks originality and charm. The rest of the truck, as you can clearly see, is QUITE solid, straight, and rust-free, with a bunch of little dings, dents, and marks separate real patina from airbrushed stuff. Top is solid, but has the most AMAZING sun fade and wear on it!!!! Glass is all good, with only light marks, but NO cracks or chips. Seals around the windows are also good, as are the door weatherstripping. Trim, chrome, and other brightwork is either new, refurbished, or too cool to ever replace, and it looks awesome against the paint finish. Interior is super clean, with a restored gauge cluster, clean dash, clean carpeting, new gas tank, new bench seat with seat belts, new iDidit column, new steering wheel, functional heater, and a brand new "vintage style" digital stereo system make it the perfect place to cruise from. Out back, a complete MAR-K bedwood kit was installed, with all new polished straps and hardware, and a access door was provided to get to the rear end if needed. It comes with a photo album filled with lots of receipts and fun items from over the years, and appears as though it started life in Georgia, and spent a LONG TIME with the same owners before heading to Street Machinery in Cleveland for a makeover, and then retiring to Florida in 2017 where it, like most older folks, has some ADDITIONAL work done. If you have been hunting for a head-turning truck that drives and handles like a dream too, this is probably the one for you. READ THE AD COMPLETELY. LOOK AT ALL OF THE EXTRA LARGE PHOTOS PROVIDED. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET - NO DISAPPOINTMENTS. I took photos of it from every angle I could, and I encourage you to ask questions, come see it, or arrange for an inspection PRIOR TO BUYING IT. I don't have anything to hide, and have tried to cover every part of the vehicle as best I could. It has a clean and clear title, and is ready for a new owner.
