You are bidding on a 1979 1/2 ton short bed Chevy pickup.As you can see this truck still wears original paint so there is no hidden issues, what you see is what you get. No major rust issues or cancer, just some minor to heavy surface rust in a few areas. Rocker panels, cab corners, windows and typically rusted areas are actually super solid on this truck. This truck, overall is of driver quality, most everything is in good working order, other than the heater controls, which has a broken slider. Heater itself still works though. Valve cover gaskets and master cylinder were just replaced. Engine was replaced with a GM Gooodwrench at some point before I bought it. Kick down cable needs replaced at some point but kick down still works fine. Not sure if mileage is true or has been rolled over once. Pictures say it all, minor dings and dents but overall a very solid and restore able truck that you can drive while you restore.
