1969 Nova with SS bagging BBC 4SP rare find!!
1969 Nova BBC 4spds with SS bagging old school car that is a blast from the pass fun to drive anywhere and super dependable Muscle Car without breaking the bank.The history I was told of the car it was raced through out the years with a big block Chevy blew it up pulled the motor then stored away in dry storage since 1989 or so. The Nova was purchased in 2016 by previous older gentleman who restored the car back to what it once was back in the day. He added aftermarket front bucket seats and had the rear seat recovered to match front seat, new carpet, sill plates, door panels and a detailed dash head liner was done in satin black years ago looks super nice. The Nova has a factory rare ! radio & heater delete plate in the dash the factory heater was taken out years ago when they raced the car, there is now a new after market heater & defrost installed under the dash neatly done very cool work's great wipers work and all gauges as well.
The Nova was from originally from Arizona dry state body has no rust and the frame & undercarriage is very clean. Years ago they added frame ties and welded them in also added lift bars as well the tops of the lips of the rear quarters where folded in not cut !! very neatly for more clearance for the slicks when it was raced years ago very common in those days to do this.This is easy fix to correct I decided to leave it alone I figured when someday I or who ever paints the car can have it done at that time. Still has all the original matching sheet metal and still has the factory stamp numbers on the original quarters view pics that is hard to find today. The Nova was painted many years ago not perfect and has lots of patina look through out that every one likes not a show car but has great potential and worth it if ever painted and still looks good today the way it is.
The paint & body work was done years ago and was a decent job and looks super nice for being almost 30 yr old paint as it sits today and again not perfect with flaws as to be expected for older paint job but held up remarkable well . This is not a show car but a super nice Nova with that patina look to give it a original look that everyone wants today just don't see them much anymore that make's it a rare find that hard to come by today .
The previous owner purchase the car as a roller and put in a new 454 crate motor built by a professional engine shop with over 400H/P built for the street sounds so GOOD! and RUNS! like a true muscle car should. The Nova has less then 400 miles since done on it runs cool in 90 weather super dependable just took a 100 mile trip to the show last week super dependable with no issues. The engine bay looks super nice and factory like it should very detailed to look like did back in the day from the factory when ordered from Chevy.
The T-10 4spd was rebuilt as well and added a new HP clutchand 10 BOLT with 373 gears less then 400 miles since done. All new front suspension and with new steering gear box added with new power front disk brakes set up and many other parts where replaced and updated as well. All tires and wheel's all new and much more.
Professionally installed 3'' exhaust that is factory correct with new hooker headers mean sounding like a true muscle car should super nice job.The Nova is fast fun and has great potential and a super solid rust free body not a show car but nice you can drive it the way it is or take it to the next level super dependable driver and no leaks!!.
I entered the Nova in the 2019 Cleveland Piston Power show see pics for fun and took 2nd place I thought that was cool and surprised the people love the old school Nova nostalgia look that gets a lot of attention and a lot of compliments on the car. This car is driven and plated I dive it everywhere when it is nice out I can take it anywhere without any worries.

Many people ask me about the paint and body of the car like i said the paint and bodywork where done some years ago still looks super nice for its age as for the body no rust as for flaws older paint some small dings and flaws here and there from when it was in storage for many years to be expected on a old car. Now also I was asked about was it a V-8 car , yes this is a V-8 car the Vintage states #11427meaning V-8. This Nova is well worth my low reserve understand any 1968 to 1970 Nova BBC with a 4SPD whether it is a SS or not hold there value you will be hard pressed to find another one like mine for what i am asking or to what is done to it.
