1971 CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE NUMBERS MATCHING ENGINE CORRECT MILLE MIGLIA RED-BLACK PAINT CODES
HERE'S A CHANCE TO OWN A GREAT COLLECTORS CAR FOR AN AWESOME DEAL. THIS 1971 CORVETTE HAS A NICE INTERIOR, AT BEST POSSIBLY REPLACE DOOR PANELS. VEHICLE CURRENTLY HAS A 350/300 CRATE ENGINE THAT RUNS GREAT, PREVIOUS OWNER RAN ACROSS A DEAL ON IT JUST AS HE HAD STARTED TO REBUILD ORIGINAL ENGINE. IN FACT HE HAD ALREADY SENT HEADS OUT TO BE REWORKED, SO THEY ARE DONE. I WOULD THINK IF YOU WANTED TO REBUILD AND INSTALL THE ORIGINAL ENGINE YOU COULD SELL THE CRATE ENGINE FOR THE COST OF DOING SO, THEREFORE COSTING YOU NOTHING. THE BODY ON THE VEHICLE IS OVERALL IN NICE SHAPE, AND LOOKS GREAT FROM 10 FEET AWAY. THERE ARE HOWEVER ABOUT 3 OR 4 PLACES THAT NEED ATTENTION. A SCRAPE ON THE PASSEENGER FRONT FENDER, APPEARS SOMEOME CLOSED THE HOOD AND DAMAGED THE SAME FENDER ALONG WITH SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE HOOD, ALSO SOMEONE HAS DROPPED SOMETHING ON THE REAR DECK AND DAMAGED IT. I HAVE WEATHERSTRIPPING FOR THE CAR, BUT HAVE NOT INSTALLED DUE TO THE FACT I WAS GOING TO REPAIR AND PAINT THE CAR.
THERE, I'VE BEEN VERY UP FRONT AND TOLD YOU ALL ABOUT THE VEHICLE, NOW I WILL TELL YOU THAT THE CAR DRIVES EXCELLENT, SHIFTS SMOOTHLY AND HAS NO VISABLE RUST (SOLID BIRD CAGE). IT HAS FOUR BRAND NEW B. F. GOODRICH WHITE LETTERS. AND THE HEADLAMPS WORK AS THEY SHOULD. YOU COULD EASILY RIDE THE VEHICLE AS IT IS, OR IT WOULD MAKE A GREAT CANDIDATE FOR BRINGING IT TO A NUMBERS MATCHING SHOW CAR WORTH ABOUT $32,000 WHEN FINISHED. BY THE WAY, IT ALSO COMES WITH A MATCHING HARD TOP.I USED TO RESTORE THESE CARS, AND CHOSE THIS ONE FOR THAT PURPOSE, DUE TO AN ACCIDENT I CAN NO LONGER DO SO, I REQUIRE A WALKER TO GET AROUND AND MY HANDS DO NOT PERFORM AS THEY SHOULD. I HAVE PRETTY MUCH PRICED THE CAR AT WHAT I HAVE INVESTED TO THIS POINT, SO I KNOW IT'S AGOOD DEAL. JUST DON'T MISS OUT AND WISH LATER YOU WOULD HAVE JUMPED.
