This 1966 Impala belongs to a friend. He has owned it since 2011 and is ready to drive anywhere.1966 Chevrolet Impala 327/350 HP 4 speed bucket seat from the factory. This is not a matching number car but it is period correct meaning the engine is a 350 HP 327 with the factory double hump heads and the original winters marked aluminum intake manifold, along with a Muncie 4 speed.
Engine and transmission have both been rebuilt and car is ready to drive anywhere.
Prect-O-plate and documentation goes with the car. Car has a great history. The owner is the second documented owner. It was purchased new by a soldier while stationed in Vietnam. The US Government had a program for Vietnam soldiers where as long as they were out of country they could order a new car and it would be ready for then when they returned. It was a special price as well as completely tax free. The soldier owned this car until his death and then his uncle sold it to the current owner.Ga is a non title state so this car comes with a bill of sale. It also comes with the GA title from 1970 when he moved to GA but that title is in the original owners name and I am not sure if it can be used to get a new one. GA does have a form that will assist in getting a title in your state. Car is inside and will stay there until funds are received. Can assist with overseas shipping.Car is located in Rutledge GA and available for test drive and inspection. Please see video link below and ask questions
