1983 Chevrolet Other Pickups

I bought this beautiful 1983 Chevy pickup from its 93 year old owner (see picture). He wasnt able to drive it anymore. Actually, it has not seen many miles in the past few years. According to the vehicle report, about 6000 miles in the last 15 years! Check the AutoCheck link above. Long Bed 2wd. Original "almond" (beige) paint. NO RUST! . Absolutely no rust. Interior is nice. The seat has been reupholstered. The dash pad has no cracks, other than where the speaker holes are. 350 automatic runs, drives and stops decent, but needs fine tuning. Rebuilt carb. The engine does NOT smoke what so ever. Valve cover gaskets seep, and should be replaced. Temperature guage is not working Sending unit? Other gauges appear to work, but can guarantee their accuracy. Heater A/c blower motor needs to be replaced. New one included. It has minor exhaust leak and glasspack mufflers. Im sure there are other things that need attention since it has not been driven much. 122k miles. Tires are virtually new with almost 100% tread. This is a rare find. Clear title I have driven this truck for less than 5 miles. These are my observations from little bit I have been behind the wheel.
