1965 Chevrolet C-101965 Chevrolet 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup. 8 foot stepside bedOriginal paint...lots of patina. Do the mechanicals and drive the way it looks, or would be a excellent restoration project.
292 cubic inch straight 6 cylinder engine with 4 speed manual transmission.
Truck has been off the road for several years, so mechanical condition is unknown. Previous owner said that engine was overhauled not long before truck was parked.I had it running for a few seconds by pouring gas in carburetor. Starter isn't the best, and takes a screwdriver instead of a key! Just assume that the mechanicals all need gone through since it is a 53 year old unrestored truck.
Has the normal rust in lower fenders and some in the floor boards from moisture trapped under the rubber floor mat. Has damage on the roof on the left side. I am including a nice roof section from another truck...You are welcome to the entire spare cab if you come remove it. Overall, the truck is not bad for the age. I do not have a tailgate, but they are reproduced as are the front fenders.
Wheels shown in pictures are just to make it roll. They are incorrect and don't fit properly. So far, no brakes, but I will try to get them working.
Truck is for sale locally and I reserve to end auction at any time as long as reserve isn't met on e bay.
Located in North Central Wyoming. Truck has a clear Wyoming title. Sold as is where is...no warranty of any kind. Shipping is responsibility of the purchaser, but I will gladly store until Spring or a little longer if need be...as long as the truck is paid for in full.
If you have any questions...PLEASE ask before bidding.
