1972 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

For sale is a 1972 Chevelle SS 307. You read that right, a 307 SS. In 1972, you could order any V8 with the SS package. I believe it was considered a "Heavy Chevy”. It has a numbers matching 307ci/5.0 engine and a Tremec 3550, 5 Speed transmission (transmission is not original). The car starts, runs, stops and drives. Front power disc brakes and rear drums. I will be including all items in the pictures (bucket seats (not original), floor pans, seat mounts, rear body panel, shocks, seat belts, Please see all photos. I can email more photos if requested.
I purchased this Chevelle in Aurora, IL and have since moved to Ellenton, FL. The car has a "REBUILT" title from Illinois. The Illinois department of motor vehicles had sent me the rebuilt title with an error on the VIN (2nd Digit should be a "C"). The title states "1X37F2K597409". Therefore, I am selling the car as PARTS ONLY.
