I purchased this 1950 Chevy convertible from the Lowden-Miller family. They purchased the car new in 1950 and sold it to me in 2010. 60 years one owner, kept on the Lowden Estate in Oregan, IL. since new. Lowden was the governor of Illinois and heir to the Pullman Railroad car company. This car was never driven in the rain or snow and has original miles. I have repainted the car to the orignal Black color, replaced the interior with leather and SMS cloth to original specs. New canvas top to original specs. I replaced hydraulic cylinders for the top as well. I have replaced all fuel lines and tank, brakes lines, linings and cylinders. All mechanicals gone totally through! Chassis detailed as well as the Engine compartment. Trunk compartment also detailed. All chrome is perfect and orignal (rechromed). All of this car is original ! NO partsare on this car that weren't original installed in Flint,Michigan! Car runs and drives as new, Radio and Heater work perfectly! This is one of the most beautiful 1950 Chevrolet convertibles with amazing history! $75,000 Firm. Call with questions Ken 630-561-2188
